About Exhibiting at the SSHA Conference...

Hours:	Thursday, November 1 (Set-up)	11:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M.
	Friday, November 2	8:00 A.M. - 5:30 P.M.
	Saturday, November 3	8:00 A.M. - 4:30 P.M.

                                                                                                                       

 

Options:               There are two ways to exhibit at the conference:

 

                              1)     Send a representative and display your books in person.

                                       Rental: $475 for one 6' X 30' table

                                       Additional tables $325 each

                                    2)     Once again The Scholar’s Choice will be managing the combined book exhibit for the SSHA meeting.  If you do not wish to staff your own display, you may be included in the Scholar’s Choice display by contacting Debby Pitts at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Benefits:              SSHA is known not only for its generous book sales, but also for its recruiting potential.  Many SSHA participants are leading scholars in their fields and are eager to talk with publishers about manuscripts.

 

                              Free admission to all sessions.

                             

There is a special group rate of $205 CAD single or double per night + tax.  Hotel reservations may be online through the hotel information tab on www.ssha.org.

 

                             

About Advertising in the SSHA Program... 

 

Description:        The SSHA program booklet contains a detailed schedule of the program including paper titles/presenters, session indexes by topic and alphabetically by presenter and exhibitor index.  The 2011 program contained 160 pages and was perfect bound.

 

 

Circulation:          SSHA membership, program participants, chairpersons of corresponding academic departments nationwide -- 3,500 pieces

 

 

Issue Date:          Distributed November 1-4, 2012

                              Full page ad size: 4 ½" X 7 ½" (no bleeds)

                              Pdf files preferred

 

 

Closing date:       All pdf files must be submitted along with full payment by September 14, 2012. 
Purchase order is sufficient as proof of payment.
