This open-access web site provides researchers with the ability to search and analyze details of information from 35,000 transatlantic slave voyages. Please join us for this offsite, hands-on session, which will be held November 15, 2007 at the Data Research and Development Center, University of Chicago.

There are two off-site workshops on the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade Database held in conjunction with the Social Science History Association. One is for SSHA participants and the other is for Teachers of Grades 5-12.
